From New York(six hour diffrence): probably between 3am and 6am and between 2pm and 7pm.
From Denver(eight hour diffrence): probably between 1am and 4am and between 12pm and 5pm
I'm guessing that I will be on my computer in the morning when I have free time (the center doesn't open until 1pm) and then later at night, between 8pm and midnight, Namibia time. Looks like the best time for us to catch up would be late afternoons US time.

This is the best application for tracking time zones. It's the one that I have on my desktop to know when you are sleeping and know when you're awake.
